Waters from South Santee River SC to Edisto Beach SC extending from
20 nm to 40 nm...

At 238 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located
15 nm south of Horseshoe Reef, moving northeast at 40 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 35 knots or greater.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

The strong thunderstorm will remain over mainly open waters.
