.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...

Weak to moderate onshore flow is expected each afternoon with
winds decreasing to weaker levels overnight. There is a low to
medium chances for showers and storms over all the waters Monday
afternoon and again each afternoon Tuesday to Friday, mainly over
the Gulf waters.
