...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN WARREN COUNTY
THROUGH 1015 PM EDT...

At 910 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 23 miles southwest of Fredonia to 24 miles west
of Jamestown to 18 miles southeast of Erie to 14 miles north of
Meadville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Columbus, Russell, Spring Creek, Lottsville, Sugar Grove, and Bear
Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in State College PA.

Persons in campgrounds should consider seeking sturdy shelter until
these storms pass.
