..Wind Gusts up to 45 MPH through this Afternoon...

Northwest winds with gusts of 40 to 45 MPH will continue continue
through the afternoon hours. Loose objects may be blown around
and high profile vehicles may have difficulty traveling especially
on north to south oriented roads. The gusty northwest winds may
loft dust into the air from freshly tilled fields and cause
sudden reductions on area roads,
