For Devils Lake...

west 10 to 20 mph in the late evening and overnight. Waves 1 to
3 feet subsiding to 1 foot or less after midnight. Mostly clear.
Lows in the upper 40s.
.FRIDAY...Breezy. West winds 10 to 20 mph shifting to the
northwest 20 to 25 mph in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less
building to 2 to 4 feet in the afternoon. Mostly sunny in the
morning then becoming mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...West winds 10 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly clear. Lows in the upper 40s.
