CANCELLED...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened. Therefore, the
warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
southeastern Kansas.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 PM CDT
FOR EASTERN ELK AND SOUTHEASTERN GREENWOOD COUNTIES...

At 919 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 8 miles southwest of Toronto to near Longton to near
Elk Falls, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Howard, Moline, Longton, Severy, Fall River, Elk Falls, Climax, Fall
River Lake, and Fall River State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
