For waters beyond five nautical miles off shore on Lake Huron

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure, 30.00 inches, gradually builds into the
central Great Lakes today. The ridge then slowly drifts east of
the region through midweek leading to a period of dry weather and
lighter winds locally as temperatures steadily rise. The next low
pressure system, 29.40 inches, arrives Thursday into Friday with
opportunities for showers and thunderstorms.

10 knots in the afternoon. Waves 2 feet or less.
.TONIGHT...Southeast winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the south
early in the morning. Waves 2 feet or less.
.WEDNESDAY...South winds 5 to 10 knots backing to the east early
in the afternoon. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Light and variable winds becoming south 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and overnight. A chance of showers
after midnight. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots veering to the west
late in the afternoon...then decreasing to 5 to 10 knots late in
the evening. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots. Waves 2 feet or less.
.SATURDAY...Light and variable winds becoming southeast 5 to

.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...South winds 10 to 15 knots decreasing to 5 to
10 knots in the late evening and early morning...then becoming
southwest 10 to 15 knots after midnight. Waves 2 to 4 feet
subsiding to 1 to 3 feet in the late evening and overnight.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots becoming south 15 to
20 knots late in the morning...then becoming west 10 to 15 knots
late in the afternoon decreasing to 5 to 10 knots late in the
evening. Showers likely in the morning...then a chance of
thunderstorms late in the morning. A chance of showers late in
the morning. Waves 3 to 5 feet.
.FRIDAY...Northwest winds 5 to 10 knots veering to the north.
