For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.9 inch high will be anchored off the New Jersey
coast tonight. A trough of low pressure averaging 29.5 inches
will then dig across the central Great Lakes Wednesday. This broad
trough will gradually drift across the Lake Thursday and Friday,
before weakening to 29.8 inches while sliding into New England
Saturday.

less.
.WEDNESDAY...Southeast winds 10 knots or less becoming east. A
chance of showers in the afternoon. Waves 1 foot or less.
.WEDNESDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds around 10 knots becoming
south. Showers with a chance of thunderstorms. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots increasing to 15 to
20 knots. A chance of showers. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Southwest winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of
showers in the evening. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers and
thunderstorms. Waves 2 to 3 feet.
.SATURDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves
2 to 3 feet.
.SUNDAY...West winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers. Waves
2 to 4 feet subsiding to 1 to 3 feet.
