  Open Waters from Wilmette Harbor to Michigan City out to Mid
Lake...

At 601 PM CDT, Doppler radar and surface observations indicated a
front with a sharp northerly wind shift producing a burst of winds
to around or even briefly higher than 30 knots. This front was
located along a line extending from near Waukegan Harbor to 6 nm
east of Wilmette Harbor to 14 nm east of Harrison-Dever Crib, moving
south at 40 knots. This front will arrive at the southern end of the
lake by 7 PM.

Locations impacted include...
Harrison-Dever Crib, Wilmette Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Monroe
Harbor, Burns Harbor, Calumet Harbor, Indiana Harbor, Montrose
Harbor, Burnham Harbor, Hammond Marina, Jackson Park Harbor, and
Marina Shores at Dune Harbor.
