Through 11 pm, scattered thunderstorms will continue to slowly move across portions of the South Plains, Rolling Plains, and extreme southwestern Texas Panhandle this evening. Most storms will be short lived but will be able to produce frequent cloud to ground lightning, small hail, localized flooding, and wind gusts to 55 mph. $$
