Through 5 pm, isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will
continue to develop across portions of the South Plains, Rolling
Plains, and extreme southwestern Texas Panhandle this afternoon.
Most storms will be short lived but will be able to produce
frequent cloud to ground lightning, small hail, localized
flooding, and wind gusts to 55 mph.
