.SYNOPSIS FOR THE TIDAL POTOMAC AND MD PORTION OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY...

Weak low pressure will develop off the Carolina coast today,  while
high pressure gradually builds in from the west. This ridge of  high
pressure remains near the waters through Thursday before a cold
front passes through late Friday. Small Craft Advisories will likely
 be needed for portions of the waters Thursday evening through
Friday.
