.DISCUSSION...
Breezy easterly winds will continue through Friday as low pressure
passes offshore of the Carolinas. Mixing heights through this
afternoon will reach as high as 4000-5000 ft AGL. The evening
inversion will set in around 7-9pm, with mixing heights falling to
a few hundred feet AGL. Winds will become northeasterly on Friday
as the low moves away from the coast. Around the periphery of the
low, isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible this
evening into early Friday morning.
