.DISCUSSION...Strong high pressure is building into western
Oregon, and will lead to a seasonable sunny and warm Wednesday
afternoon after a cool start. Dry air moving into the region will
lead to fairly low RH Wednesday despite the cool temperatures.
Humidity recoveries Wednesday night will be good in the valleys,
but more modest along and above thermal belts.
