.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...

A mid to upper level ridge is promoting generally stable conditions
across the local waters. A surface high pressure extending from the
eastern to central Atlantic will continue to promote light to
moderate southeasterly winds through the forecast period. A tropical
wave is expected to increase the potential for showers and isolated
thunderstorms across the waters and local passages on Wednesday.
