...STRONG THUNDERSTORM OUTFLOW WINDS WILL IMPACT OSAGE AND
NORTHWESTERN PAWNEE COUNTIES THROUGH 345 AM CDT...

At 244 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorm outflow
winds along a line extending from 7 miles east of Chilocco to 5
miles west of Marland. Movement was east at 50 mph. The strong winds
will occur with little to no rainfall.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
