.DISCUSSION...
A weak upper trough will be passing off to the west of the burn area over the
next 24 hours.  Expect winds to decrease this evening with just a few showers
possible toward morning.  This system will cool temperatures down about 5 degrees
for Sunday and raise min RH`s a few percent.  After Sunday, temperatures will
be warming through the middle of the week with highs similar to or even a couple
degrees warmer than the last several days.
