...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN MARSHALL...SOUTH
CENTRAL JACKSON AND SOUTHWESTERN DEKALB COUNTIES THROUGH 700 PM
CDT...

At 620 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 7
miles east of Grant, or 11 miles south of Scottsboro, moving east at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Payne, Rainsville, Fyffe, Powell, Geraldine, Section, Pine
Ridge, Langston, Lakeview, and Hopewell.
