Through 1100 am, a cluster of decaying stratiform rain with some
embedded heavier thunderstorms will continue to move north at near 20
knots over the Outer Gulf waters. The strongest showers are located
near T Tower. Mariners encountering these showers can expect
moderate to heavy rain reducing visibility, gusts between 25 to 30
knots, and occasional lightning strikes.
