...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHERN KANE...SOUTHEASTERN
MCHENRY...NORTHWESTERN DUPAGE AND NORTHWESTERN COOK COUNTIES THROUGH
815 AM CDT...

At 725 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
extending from near Belvidere to West Dundee, moving southeast at 30
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Elgin, Schaumburg, Palatine, Wheaton, Hoffman Estates, Bartlett,
Streamwood, Carol Stream, Hanover Park, Carpentersville, Glendale
Heights, St. Charles, Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Glen Ellyn, West
Chicago, Huntley, Campton Hills, Barrington, Roselle, Bloomingdale,
South Elgin, Winfield, Pingree Grove, and Gilberts.
