...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Minnesota River at Savage affecting Scott, Hennepin, Dakota and
  Carver Counties.

  Minnesota River near Jordan affecting Scott, Sibley and Carver
  Counties.

  Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties.

  Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Yellow Medicine, Lac qui
  Parle and Chippewa Counties.

...The Flood Warning is cancelled for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  South Fork Crow River below Mayer affecting Carver County.

.River levels continue to gradually lower. Several chances for
widespread thunderstorms are possible over the next seven days,
which could cause additional rises through next week.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

  the South Fork Crow River below Mayer.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 830 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 11.0 feet.
  - Additional rain chances throughout this week could cause
    levels to begin rising again.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 6.9 feet Tuesday,
    June 18.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Minnesota River at Savage.

* WHEN...Until Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...At 705.0 feet, Flood waters begin to impact the park
  road at Fort Snelling State Park.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 900 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 703.7 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 900 PM CDT Tuesday was 703.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    early Saturday morning and continue falling to 699.0 feet
    Tuesday, June 18.
  - Flood stage is 702.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    703.7 feet on 04/08/1984.

  river begin to flood and private sanitary sewers may experience
  problems.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 845 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 25.3 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 845 PM CDT Tuesday was 25.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 19.1 feet
    Tuesday, June 18.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    25.3 feet on 03/20/2007.

  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 700 PM CDT Tuesday was 21.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Saturday morning and continue falling to 20.3 feet Tuesday,
    June 18.
  - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    21.4 feet on 05/31/2004.

  - At 800 PM CDT Tuesday, the stage was 15.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 800 PM CDT Tuesday was 15.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.1
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    15.1 feet on 04/14/1998.
