A cold front will approach the coast Sun morning, move slowly offshore later Sun into Sun evening, reach the outer waters later Sun night, and then stall over the area Mon. The front will remain over the waters Mon night as low pressure begins to organize along the front just off the S Carolina coast. The low will continue to organize and move slowly E and NE away from the area Tue through Wed while pulling a trailing cold front E over the waters.
