.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will build over the area today through
Wed, then drift N and NE of the area Wed night and Thu. A high
pressure ridge will remain along and W of the area Thu through
Fri night. A coastal trough will develop along Oregon later Wed
and Wed night and persist into Fri before weakening Fri night.
Late Fri night a cold front will approach the region from the W.
