THROUGH 245 PM CDT...

At 202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from 5 miles north of Higgins to 14 miles east of
Cloudy. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts 40 to 50 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation
         is possible.
