...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHWESTERN TUSCALOOSA COUNTY
THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 854 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles southeast of Ashcraft Corner, or 12 miles northeast of Gordo,
moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Samantha, Moores Bridge, and New Lexington.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 100 AM CDT for
west central Alabama.
