...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 PM EDT
FOR NORTHEASTERN PENDER COUNTY...

At 621 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Edgecomb, or 8
miles northwest of Surf City, moving east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines.

This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Pender County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
