.DISCUSSION...

High pressure over the western Atlantic will maintain light east-
southeast flow over the area through Wednesday, with the Gulf
breeze remaining pinned near the west coast. Mostly dry conditions
will prevail today and tonight as the east coast sea breeze has
just passed the site, while on Wednesday scattered thunderstorms
will be possible particularly in the late morning and early
afternoon. Winds will generally be E-SE this afternoon trending
light and variable after sunset, and then becoming E-SE again
during the day on Wednesday. Dispersions will be generally good
through the period.
