* At 618 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of
  Smoky Mountains-Big Creek, or 15 miles west of Marshall, moving
  southeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Round Mountain, Del Rio, Hartford, Max Patch, and Waterville.

This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 448 and
451.
