.DISCUSSION...The leading edge of an upper level trough has begun
to push onshore with the axis of energy just offshore.
Southwesterly winds will dominate through the period. This will
bring a 15-30% chance of thunderstorms in Deschutes, Grant and
Cook County this evening. Sunday, thunderstorms will then shift
and be along the eastern mountains. Daytime RH values will be
poor to moderate with good to excellent overnight recoveries.
Winds will increase tomorrow with a 55-75% chance the Simcoe
Highlands and portions of the Gorge seeing winds of 25 mph or
greater, 70-80% through the lower Kittitas Valley and a 65-70%
along the foothills of the Blues.
