Winds will be increasing through the morning, especially after 9 AM as the front approaches. Winds out of the west will peak between noon and 5 PM, with gusts around 30 mph anticipated. Winds will slowly slacken this evening, with winds below 5 mph after midnight and extending through much of the morning on Wednesday. Drier and cooler conditions expected behind the cold front on Wednesday, with lighter winds out of the northeast. .REST OF TODAY... Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
