.DISCUSSION...Rain will begin this morning and increase in intensity
through the afternoon as an atmospheric river moves across the area.
Rain will be accompanied by gusty south winds through the day, gusting
as high as 25 mph this afternoon and early evening. Steady rain will
continue into tonight before gradually transitioning to showers after
midnight, with rainfall totals expected to range between 1.00 and 1.25
inches in the Corvallis area through early Monday morning. Showery
conditions will persist off and on through Monday, though with much lower
rainfall totals around a tenth of an inch expected. Breezy conditions will
also last through Monday as winds shift from southerly to southwesterly
around 10-15 mph.
