...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTHEASTERN MCDOWELL...
SOUTHWESTERN RALEIGH AND CENTRAL WYOMING COUNTIES THROUGH 515 PM
EDT...

At 438 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Welch, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Welch, Pineville, Mullens, Sophia, Northfork, Coal City, Twin Falls
State Park, Davy, Lester, Keystone, Kimball, Rhodell, Bolt, Wolf Pen,
Josephine, Maben, and Herndon.

This includes West Virginia Turnpike between mile markers 33 and 34.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
