.DISCUSSION...
Another round of showers and thunderstorms can be expected once
again today with yet another round coming late today through the
first half of Wednesday. Additional rainfall amounts could range
to around 2-3 inches through mid week before rain chances begin
to decrease later in the week with upper-level ridging to the
west gradually becoming more influential and greatly limiting the
development of showers and thunderstorms by late week. This will
result in even warmer daytime temperatures in the lower to mid 90s
before another cold front arrives by late Thursday into Friday.
Daily minimum RH values should remain at or above 50 percent given
the abundance of Gulf moisture in place as southerly winds prevail.
