.DISCUSSION...
Tonight, light north winds with occasional gusts up to 15 mph
and relative humidity values in the upper 40s to low 50s. Critical
fire weather conditions expected on Sunday and Monday with poor
overnight recovery, daytime relative humidities in the mid to low
teens, and gusty northerly winds 25-35 mph. Strongest winds are
expected Monday afternoon with north-northwest gusts 30-35 mph and
overnight relative humidities in the upper 20s to mid 30s.
Onshore flow returns to the area by Tuesday afternoon with
south-southwesterly winds 5-10 mph accompanied by increasing
temperatures through the week.
