...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT NEMAHA AND BROWN COUNTIES THROUGH
400 AM CDT...

At 316 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Vermillion to near Seneca to Bern.
Movement was east at 45 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects. Minor damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Hiawatha, Sabetha, Seneca, Horton, Centralia, Everest, Fairview,
Robinson, Morrill, Bern, Goff, Reserve, Powhattan, Oneida, Hamlin,
Willis, Baileyville, Kickapoo Reservation, and Woodlawn.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 AM CDT for
northeastern Kansas.
