EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
With upper level ridging expanding across the region, expect increasing
heat and humidity late this week and into the weekend, with
triple digit heat index values forecast beginning Thursday.
Thunderstorm chances will exist early next week as the upper
level ridge shifts east and deeper moisture moves into the area.
