.DISCUSSION...A mix of sun and clouds will give way to sunny skies this
afternoon with warm (~80 degrees) and dry conditions (RH ~25%) prevailing.
Northwesterly winds will increase through the morning hours, especially
after 0900 with sustained 10 to 20 mph and gusts up to 35-40 mph
during peak heating. Winds will diminish after 1800 and become light
(~5 mph) and variable after 2100-2200 hours this evening.

Warmer (low 80s) and drier (RH ~20%) tomorrow, although westerly winds
will be much lighter, with upper end sustained winds and gusts to 12-15 mph.

Isolated thunderstorm chances return late Friday and continue into the
weekend; next week is trending warm and dry.
