to slightly above normal. Afternoon humidity will drop to around
25 percent each day. Poor smoke ventilation is modeled for most of
today with only a brief window of better dispersion in the late
afternoon (3-5 PM) when north northwest breezes develop. Ventilation
rates are modeled to improve on Sunday afternoon.
