mainly northern and eastern South Dakota into west central Minnesota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday.

Wind chill values from 15 below to 25 below zero across northeast
South Dakota and west central Minnesota during the morning hours.

Downslope winds from the southwest expected across the Coteau region
on Thursday, with gusts in excess of 40 mph possible. Areas of
blowing/drifting snow are possible.
