Sustained south to southwest winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts up
to 35 mph between Watertown and Sisseton along Interstate 29 are
causing areas of blowing snow at times. Visibility could be
reduced to one half mile or less at times. Slow down and place
extra distance between your vehicle and any vehicles in front of
you.
