A system will bring a band of snow across central South Dakota
starting Friday morning and slowly spread north and east through the
day. Snow will become less intense but more widespread through Friday
afternoon into Saturday morning. Highest snowfall amounts are
anticipated to run from Huron northwest through Miller, Gettysburg
and McIntosh. Lesser amounts are expected for southwest South Dakota
and the far northeast of the state.


Temperatures tonight dip into the single digits, and only top out
around 20 degrees for Friday.
