Radio Weather Synopsis
National Weather Service Aberdeen SD
125 PM CST Mon Dec 1 2025 /1225 PM MST Mon Dec 1 2025/

Clear to partly cloudy skies to start things off tonight will allow
temps to fall back into the single digits above and below zero this
evening. However, clouds increase late tonight and on tuesday as an
area of low pressure moves through the region. Temperatures are
forecast to warm up into the 20s and 30s on Tuesday, as this low
pressure system moves over the Dakotas and Minnesota. Light
precipitation in the form of snow over north central and northeast
South Dakota and a wintry mix over central South Dakota will be
possible Tuesday into tuesday night. A cold front will sweep through
the region Tuesday night, turning winds north and increasing to 15 to
30 mph with some occasionally higher gusts. These winds will draw
arctic cold air back into the region from late Tuesday night through
Thursday morning.
