* WHEN...Until 600 PM AKDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of the Kuparuk River near the bridge crossing
  and other low-lying and flood-prone locations near the bridge is

  fall slowly through the weekend.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 105 PM AKDT Tuesday, The Roads and Pads Crew at Kuparuk
    reported that causeway approaches to the bridges over the
    Kuparuk River are flooded and covered in up to 8 inches of
    water. Water level on the gage 1 mile upstream of the
    bridge was 37.8 feet at 1245 PM Tuesday, and had been steady
    since Monday. It is uncertain if there is any ice jam in
    place, but there is a surge of high water caused by warm
    temperatures and snow melt in the Brooks Range. It is
    expected that high water will remain through at least
    Thursday, and that water levels will fall slowly through the
    weekend as temperatures cool in the Brooks Range.
