  gusts up to 40 mph expected.

* WHERE...Dalton Highway and Elliott Highway Summits.

* WHEN...Through Thursday November 27th 2025.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult at times due to reduced
  visibility from areas of blowing snow.
