.SYNOPSIS FOR THE EASTERN GULF OF ALASKA...
A weakening low moves into the northern gulf and lingers through
Wednesday before high pressure returns to the gulf. Another low
passes to the south towards the latter half of the week
potentially allowing for outflow conditions to develop.
