  VA and Chesapeake Bay from Little Creek VA to Cape Henry VA
  including the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

* WHEN...Until 1 AM EDT Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
