Widespread rain showers are expected across much of the region
tonight into Sunday morning. Parts of the Dakotas could see 1 to 2
inches of rain. A few thunderstorms, possibly strong to severe,
are also possible across the central and eastern Dakotas and
northwest Minnesota through tonight.

Much cooler temperatures are expected Sunday through Tuesday, with
highs mostly in the 50s and lower 60s. Sunday and Monday night
lows could fall below freezing across western and northern parts
of the region.
