...WARMING AND DRYING TREND CONTINUES THROUGH SUNDAY...
.DISCUSSION...
Dry southwest flow will continue over the region through the work
week as the trough to our north weakens. Temperatures will be
5-10 degrees above normal each day, with very low afternoon
relative humidity values and poor overnight recoveries. Conditions
will be clear, with slight increases in wind speeds each
afternoon as the morning inversion breaks. Winds will begin to
increase on Saturday as the upper level pressure gradient
tightens, with ridges seeing gusts as high as 20-30 mph.
