.DISCUSSION...Thunderstorms are expected to develop after 1400 and
slowly progress north-northeast. Outflow winds to 40 mph will be
possible with the thunderstorms. Wind direction late this
afternoon and evening will likely be determined by the outflows.
In addition to gusty winds, small hail and heavy rain will
accompany the stronger thunderstorms. The threat for storms end
mid evening around 2100.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Chance of
                    showers and thunderstorms until 1500, then
                    showers and thunderstorms likely.

LAL.................4 until 1500, then 5.

Wind (20 ft)........Northeast winds 5 to 10 mph until 1400 turning
