...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN HIDALGO COUNTY
THROUGH 100 AM CDT...

At 1207 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Weslaco Border Patrol Station, or over Weslaco, moving southeast at
25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Weslaco, Mercedes, Progreso, Weslaco Mid Valley Airport, Llano Grande
Country Club, Weslaco City Hall, Taylor Elementary School, Weslaco
Fire Department Station Two, Mila Doce, and Harlon Block Sports
Complex.

This includes US Highway 281 between mile markers 804 and 812.
